ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA



This privacy notice provides information about the processing of personal data by MB "Namų Meka" (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

The Company recognizes that the protection of personal data is important to its customers and partners and other data subjects (hereinafter referred to as data subjects), and is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of each data subject.

This privacy notice is intended for you, our customers and partners, and your representatives (employees and other authorized persons who interact with the Company). The Company uses it to explain and inform you about how personal data is processed and what rights you and your representatives have.

When processing personal data, the Company complies with all legal acts regulating the protection of personal data, instructions from competent authorities, as well as established standards and procedures that ensure that personal data is processed accurately, fairly, lawfully, transparently and securely.

The company has appointed a person responsible for personal data protection, who you can contact using the specified contacts.

You provide your personal data to the Company voluntarily. The Company must process them in order to be able to conclude contracts with you, properly fulfill the obligations assumed towards you and other legal obligations. If you do not provide your personal data, the Company will not be able to conclude transactions with you and provide other services you need.

Purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data – conclusion and performance of contracts with customers, including the recovery of debts from defaulting buyers (legal basis: processing data is necessary to fulfill the contract; also processing data is necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of the Company and you, when the Company processes the personal data of your designated representatives authorized to maintain relations with the Company), mandatory accounting of business transactions (legal basis: fulfillment of a legal obligation applicable to the Company), analytics (statistics) of business transactions (legal basis: the Company's legitimate interests in analyzing its business transactions and maintaining statistics on them).

Recipients of personal data processed by the Company are the Company's employees, as well as the Company's partners, to whom, in order to fulfill our obligations to you, we in individual cases transfer the personal data necessary for the fulfillment of your orders. In cases established by law, in fulfilling its obligations, the Company also provides your data to relevant state institutions.

How and why we collect and use your personal data

MB "Namų Meka" needs your personal data, which may be collected in the following ways. In our privacy policy, we indicate what you can expect when the company collects personal data about:

visitors to the website (www.namumeka.lt);

people who have contacted us;

persons who have purchased our products;

candidates for the job.

Contact us

Our website provides several ways for you to contact us. We receive, review and respond to all messages ourselves. To contact us on the Website, you will provide us with your name, surname, telephone number and e-mail. If you contact us by e-mail, we will process the following data about you: your name, surname, e-mail address and the text of the correspondence. Such data will be processed in order to prepare for the performance of the contract. If you do not provide your contact details, it will not be possible to contact you. Please note that the website may also use e-mail monitoring or blocking software, and you must ensure that the letters you send do not contain illegal content. If the order is processed, the electronic version of the order is stored in accordance with the established procedure, and if the order is not processed, the inquiry form and correspondence are deleted from the company's e-mail, except for information for which other terms for storage are set in the Privacy Policy or legal acts.

All personal data that you provide when communicating with us is used only for the purposes specified above and for reviewing messages and administering and managing communication flows. We undertake not to use your personal data in any publications in a way that would allow you to be identified without your express consent. Please note that we may need to contact you by post, e-mail or telephone. Do not forget to inform us of any changes to your personal data.

We do not usually disclose your personal data, however, in order to ensure uninterrupted business continuity and proper provision of services and delivery of goods, we disclose information about you to our employees: administration, managers, production foreman, if reasonably necessary for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. In certain circumstances, we may be obliged to transfer personal data when:

we are required to disclose information by law, including cases where we are required to disclose personal data to tax authorities and law enforcement authorities for the purposes of crime prevention and detection;

we need to disclose personal data in connection with legal proceedings or in order to obtain legal advice, or disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend our rights;

the information must be disclosed to protect our interests or those of others (for example, to prevent fraud);

the information must be disclosed to protect your vital interests (for example, if you feel unwell on our premises and we need to seek medical attention);

The company stores processed personal data no longer than required by the purposes of data processing or provided for by legal acts, or until the statute of limitations for any claims expires.

You have the right to request that the Company provide access to your personal data processed, to request its correction or deletion, or to restrict data processing, or the right to object to data processing, as well as the right to data portability.

When the Company processes your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object at any time, for reasons related to your specific case, to the processing of personal data relating to you by the Company.

The right to request erasure of data, the right to restrict data processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to data processing are not absolute and legal acts may provide for additional conditions for their implementation.

You have the right to ask us to erase your personal data. Please note that we will only be able to comply with such a request if:

Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected (for example, we need your personal data to respond to your emails);

we are prohibited by law from collecting, storing or using personal data;

Your personal data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim, for example in legal proceedings.

You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data or not to process it:

for the period necessary to verify the accuracy of your personal data when you make claims regarding the accuracy of the data;

when our collection, storage or use of your personal data is unlawful, but you choose not to request deletion of the data;

when we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim;

for the period necessary to determine whether we have an overriding legal basis to continue processing your personal data if you have exercised your right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You have the right to data portability of the data we have collected from you with your consent or for the purpose of entering into a contract. If you exercise this right, we will transfer a copy of the data you have provided to us at your request.

You have the right to object to our use of your personal data:

when we use such data to ensure our legitimate interests, but we do not have an overriding legal basis to continue using your personal data;

Complaints

You are important to us and it is important to us to ensure the protection of your personal data. We apply strict standards to the collection and use of personal data. We therefore take any complaints regarding the use of your personal data very seriously and ask you to let us know of any issues in this regard. When you contact us to make a complaint, we will only use your personal data to investigate and respond to the complaint and to assess the quality of the services we provide. If we receive a complaint about a member of our team, we may need to disclose your personal identity to that person. You can indicate that you do not want your personally identifiable information to be disclosed and we will try to take your request into account. However, it may not always be possible to investigate your complaint anonymously. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can also lodge a complaint directly with the State Data Protection Inspectorate. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.

If you are concerned about the actions/inaction of the Company, which you believe may not comply with this privacy notice or the requirements of legal acts, you can contact the Company at any time, in any way convenient for you.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the Company, you have the right to contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate, which is responsible for the supervision and control of legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.
